This website, rememberedroads.com, is operated by Remembered Roads ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping policy, Refund policy, and Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders and pre-orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if there's an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Some products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship on or around the date shown on the product page and in our Shipping policy. Ship dates are estimates; if a release is delayed, we'll let you know by email and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and shipping rates may change at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

4. Product information

We work hard to make our product descriptions, photos, and page previews accurate. Colors and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

5. Travel information disclaimer

Remembered Roads: National Parks books are travel planning guides and keepsake journals. Park information — including hours, fees, trail conditions, closures, reservation requirements, and regulations — was researched carefully but can change at any time. Always confirm current details with the National Park Service (nps.gov) and local authorities before and during your trip.

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You're responsible for your own safety, preparation, and decisions while traveling. Remembered Roads is not responsible for injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from the use of information in our books or on this site.

Remembered Roads is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Park Service or any government agency.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our books — including text, page designs, layouts, illustrations, photographs, logos, and the Remembered Roads and Remembered Roads: National Parks names — is owned by or licensed to Remembered Roads and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your purchase gives you the right to use your book for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content, in print or digitally, without our written permission.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit false information. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided "as is," and Remembered Roads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
