Refund policy

We want you to love your Remembered Roads books. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Pre-order cancellations

Volumes 1 and 2 are currently pre-orders and will ship in late November 2026. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund, including shipping, any time through October 31, 2026. After October 31, pre-orders can no longer be canceled, but our standard 30-day return policy below still applies once your book is delivered.

Returns

You can return a book within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, the book must be unused and in the same condition you received it — no writing, stickers, photos, or keepsakes added, and no pages removed.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a damaged book). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't issue a refund for a return we don't receive.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
