Shipping policy
Pre-orders
Remembered Roads: National Parks Volumes 1 and 2 are currently available for pre-order and will ship in late November 2026. Your payment is collected when you place your order. As soon as your book ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Shipping options and rates
Rates are per order, and you'll choose your shipping method at checkout:
- Economy — $7.50 · 3–5 business days in transit · Free on orders of $75 or more
- UPS Ground — $8.00 · 3–5 business days in transit
- UPS 2nd Day Air — $15.00 · 1–2 business days in transit
Economy orders ship with USPS or another ground carrier we choose. UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so if you're shipping to a P.O. box, please choose Economy.
Processing time
Pre-orders ship together when the books arrive in late November. After that, in-stock orders ship from Texas within 1–3 business days. Transit times begin once your order ships and don't include weekends or holidays.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link when your order leaves us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we're happy to update it before your order ships, but we can't change it once the package is on its way. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still hasn't turned up, or if your book arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
